If you need your garage door fixed, this is the way to go. I had purchased a new operator for the garage (to replace our failing one), and set out to do it myself when I realized I needed some help. He came out that day, walked me through the steps, and had the project done in under 90 minutes. He even gave me a new keypad when my existing one wouldn't connect to the new operator. 1&Only will be my first call the next time I need something done.
